Conroe Cajun Catfish Festival
Start your weekend out with live music, great food and a carnival in the heart of downtown Conroe at the 33rd annual Conroe Cajun Catfish Festival. It is hosted by the non-profit group The Friends of Conroe, Inc. where the proceeds from the event will go to support student scholarships as well as the group's annual Friends Feeding Friends Thanksgiving Meal. The festival hours are Fri. 6PM-12AM, Sat. 11AM-12AM & Sun. 12PM-6PM. Hocus Pocus Pops Concert
Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion will be featuring The Houston Symphony on Friday, October 14th in a Halloween festive performance titled Hocus Pocus Pops. Bring the entire family, wear your spookiest costumes and head out to The Woodlands for a hauntingly, fun evening of great music. Gates open at 6:30pm and the show starts at 7:30pm. Montgomery Farmers Market
The weekly Montgomery Farmers Market will be going on this Saturday morning from 9:00am until 12:00pm. Stop by the Ransom's Steakhouse's extended parking lot at 300 CB Stewart Drive, Montgomery, TX 77356 and visit with tons of local vendors. The Montgomery Farmers Market is held every Saturday morning and provides the community with an assortment of local and organic products. Join the Food Revolution!
Walkathon for Hunger
Montgomery ISD will be hosting the 2nd annual Walkathon for Hunger, a FREE community event benefitting the Montgomery County Food Bank. The event will be held at the Montgomery Junior High Stadium on Saturday 10/15 from 9:00am until 12:00pm. It is family-friendly and the entire Montgomery ISD community is invited to come out and join in on the fun and support a great cause. EMCID Fall Fair
The East Montgomery County Improvement District will be hosting a Tricks and Treats Fall Fair this Saturday, October 15th beginning at 10:00am until 4:00pm at 22296 Market Place Dr., Suite 100, in Valley Ranch Town Center, next to Hobby Lobby. This free event will have activities for the entire family as well as feature many local vendors as they pass out candy. Pumpkin Patch at B-52 Brewing
This local, Conroe brewery will be hosting a family and pet-friendly pumpkin patch this Saturday 10/15 and continuing through Sunday 10/16. Come get in the fall spirit and have plenty of those cute photo opportunities right inside the establishment's own beer garden. B-52 Brewing has over twenty unique, house-brewed beers on tap, and large selection of wine, cider, and mead. It is located at 12470 Milroy Lane. The pumpkin patch begins Saturday at 12:00pm. Cinema Under the Stars
End your Saturday evening with a FREE outdoor viewing of a family-friendly movie. This week's featured film is the Steven Spielberg masterpiece, E.T. The Extraterrestrial. Concert in the Park
Located at the Northshore Park in The Woodlands, Concert in the Park is a weekly, Sunday evening tradition for the whole family. Pack your blankets, lawn chair and picnic baskets and come out to enjoy this week's 𝘉𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘵 𝘛𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘢𝘯𝘺'𝘴 (Variety) concert. This Sunday's event will also be featuring some fall inspired crafts & trick or treat candy for the kiddos while supplies last. Wind down your weekend with some local music and fun for all ages.
